TINLEY PARK, IL — A Calumet City woman had a stolen handgun in her car when Tinley Park police pulled her over Sunday, officials said. According to police, 23-year-old Seairre Sloan-Lieteau was speeding near 171st Street and Harlem Avenue Sunday evening when police pulled the vehicle over. When officers approached, police said they smelled marijuana coming from the car and saw a young child sitting unsecured in the back. Sloan-Lieteau and a male passenger, later identified as 24-year-old Mercedes Starks, got out of the vehicle while officers searched the car. According to a press release from officials, a handgun and bag of four pills were found in the car's center console.
