We're looking for an experienced event person to help with the on-site event execution under the direction of our Community Lead for a 150 person summit in Healdsburg on April 7. You will essentially be our Community Lead's personal assistant for the entire day. Tasks can range from checking people in at registration, to managing speakers in the holding area, to running to the store to resupply bottled water, managing bag drop, tracking speakers down on-site, cat herding our group of 150 people from the dining area to the conference area. Other onsite event tasks as needed. Previous event experience is required. This position is in Healdsburg, CA and you must be able to travel to the event day of!
You must be available in person in Healdsburg, CA from 8am-6pm on THURSDAY APRIL 7.
