Run for Miach 5K This 5K and fun run is designed to bring families together who have lost a loved one due to overdose, raise awareness on mental health, and help end the stigma placed on the addict. Please come support this cause! This 1st annual Run for Micah 5k, is being held on April 2nd, 2022 Sponsored by Fleet Feet. Moving in Courage and Hope was created in honor of my son Micah's untimely death due to an accidental drug overdose last year. Hopefully, this group will encourage people dealing with all sorts of pain and grief due to losing their loved ones or, be a support for families that have loved ones that are still active users. Shortly after I started this group I had the vision to organize a 5k race to raise awareness about how bad overdose is getting in our community and state.
