We are cleaning company that is servicing major Sarasota account with branches in Venice, Port Charlotte and Fort Myers.
We are looking for experienced cleaner, could be couple, people with previous commercial cleaning experience, non-associated with any franchises, for a small account in Port Charlotte.
We have all the equipment needed for cleaning in the account, no need of bringing anything but the keys for the front door.
5 small offices, 2 small bathrooms, small lobby, no carpets, very clean.
Cleaning days are Tuesday and Thursday after 5pm, taking the trash from the offices, trash container is 20 yards in front of the door, in the middle of the parking lot, well lit at night. trash is mostly paper.
Vacuuming and dusting, spot mopping and taking care of the toilets, they are fairly clean, 2 stalls and sink per toilet, not much used.
Experienced cleaner will hardly spend 30-40min there, this is how long it takes our current cleaner and they are happy with her work.
Our current cleaner have two sick children and skips cleaning often, she would like to leave so we looking for another cleaner/crew for this account.
Compensation is $400 a month, paid $200 every two weeks, we can ZELLE it directly to your bank account or PayPal it, any way you prefer.
Approved candidate/candidates can start immediately.
