Landscape Construction Foreman | $30-35/hour DOE + Benefits Join our Construction Team is based in South Seattle. We specialize in high-end residential landscapes including full renovations and new constructions. We are looking for an honest, self-motivated, and experienced foreman. Individuals must have high working ethics, be reliable, and be committed to joining our team. Attention to detail and craftsmanship are essential in the construction of our custom designs. We focus on collaborative work with a learning mindset. We are excited to get to know you! Requirements: -Assign daily tasks to crew members while monitoring the quality and completion of the project within a timeline -Work side by side with the crew members and supervise daily activities on site -Able to drive truck/trailer with a valid WA driver’s license and clean driving record -Understand how to read construction documents and detailed drawings -Experienced with: carpentry skills, Irrigation, Grading, Drainage, Retaining Walls, and Planting -Ability to operate landscape heavy equipment skills and tools (ie: Mini Excavator, Skit Steer) -Maintain and keep the job site clean and safe -Ability to lift 60lbs -Willingness to work in all weather -Desire to learn and grow Benefits include: $30-$35 DOE Paid Time Off Full-time, year-round employment Yearly salary adjustment based on merit and cost of living We looking forward to hearing from you and joining our team!
