Hi, I'm looking for an affordable warehouse space or room in which myself and 1-2 other friends can set up a semi-permanent recording studio. If the situation calls for it, I am also willing to look into a personal studio for a cheaper price -- just myself and the occasion collaborator. I'm an acoustic artist.
