MT. LEBANON, PA — St. Clair Hospital police on Tuesday arrested a man after he allegedly phoned in a bomb threat to the hospital while being treated there. Christopher Moran, 43, of Pittsburgh, is charged with terroristic threats and bomb threats. He was denied bail and is being lodged in the Allegheny County Jail.
