One Trumpet and one Trombone player wanted: Lewisburg based professional level five piece (Female vocalist; keyboards/vocals; sax, flute, clarinet; bass; drums/vocals) looking to expand for production that is looking hopeful for a grant and subsequent local college tour. Our main focus is 1920s thru contemporary female blues: Bessie Smith, Ella, Ma Rainey, Etta.... We're older established musicians with a nice practice space, good equipment, and focus on bigger/better gigs. This project is slow moving, but consistently showing progress and momentum. If you want to buy the bus now, this is not the project for you, but if you're willing to get on board, over the Spring/Summer, learn your horn parts and contribute, the payoff looks promising.
