Rehoming Bassett Hound

Hi, I’m looking for a safe and loving home for our Bassett hound, Lily. She is a little over a year. She is full blooded. She is house trained and crate trained. I bought her for my son over a year ago. He’s now moving in with his dad and is not allowed to take her with him. I am gone majority of the week between 12-14 hrs a day and can stand the thought of our dog being in a crate that long. With my son not living with me and moving in with his dad now. I just don’t have the time to care for her the way she needs. It’s not fair to her. It’s been real busy at my job lately and I haven’t had the time to take her for her yearly shots and also she needs her rabie shot. I am asking for a rehoming fee of $300 to make sure she is going to a safe and loving home. It’s not about the money or I’d be asking way more with her being full blooded but I want a loving home for her. She deserves it. Please contact me at if you’re interested. Thank you.
