Pribble Lawn & Landscape, Inc is looking for a Lawn Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance and grounds for Commercial, Residential and Homeowners Associations in Northern Colorado.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience is a plus.
Must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Must be a self-starter, have a driven work ethic and be a reliable individual that can work independently and with a team.
Must be able to work in all types of weather.
Manage schedule effectively.
Knowledge of landscape maintenance equipment, practices and standards.
Ability to work overtime if needed.
Be able to speak, read, write in English to keep records of work.
Job Description:
Must have the ability to perform the following tasks: mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding of grass on properties on a weekly basis.
Operate small equipment used to groom and manicure grounds (small mowers, trimmers, saws, blowers, vacuums, weed-eaters, etc.).
Pulling weeds, pruning and other landscape work as needed.
Ability to bend, stoop, crouch for extended periods of time; manual dexterity to safely use tools/equipment associated with repair and maintenance of grounds/buildings.
Sign on bonus after 90 days!
