We are seeking a sales assistant to help with photo and video sales for a dance competition in Tampa, FL from April 12th - April 18th, 2022. Join us for a week-long event at the Straz Center with our fun-loving team. Retail experience and a background in dance are a plus. Please note that proof of vaccination is required, thank you. Event date: April 12th - April 18th, 2022 (Tuesday to Monday) *Candidates who are available for most of the days are preferred Theater: Straz Center for the Performing Arts Location: 1010 North W.C. MacInnes Pl, Tampa, FL 33602 Hours: TBD - We expect the hours to be approx 8am - 9pm each day. There is some flexibility with the schedule and days since we will have other staff. You will have 30 min meal breaks and 15 min breaks. Compensation: $15/hour The sales assistant will provide administrative support to sales and other duties as assigned. - Assist customers with photo previews - Check customer order info for accuracy and completeness - Process credit card payments using a Square POS system - Provide excellent customer service - Help select ballet/dance images for sample slideshow - Coordinate and place meal orders Qualifications: Strong communication and problem-solving skills Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Familiarity with Apple devices and tech-savvy is a plus Ballet/Dance background is a plus Must have reliable transportation to and from the venue.
