GRESHAM, OR —On Sunday evening, people called 911 to report hearing gunshots. Gresham Police responded at the Money Saver Mini Storage on Northeast Halsey Street. They found a man on the ground, dead of a gunshot wound. Police say that 25-year-old Timothy Fowlkes had been shot once in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The medical examiner ruled it a homicide. Detectives ask anyone with information to call them at 503-618-2719.
