This hammer has been modified which leads me to believe the owner needed it for a specific job role. It was modified by the owner. Normally, I would just keep the hammer but since it has been made to suit the owners needs, I figured I’d try to find the owner. If you can identify it, I’ll be sure it gets back to you. It was found on Winkler Wednesday noon time or so. In front of the housing complexes on the right. Not too far from the 7-11
