Found black and white puppy on Nellis

Found black and white male aprx 2 month old puppy with collar but no tags running on Nellis and Charleston this afternoon! The dog has no microchip. I am not the finder. The finder will be taking the puppy in to the Animal Foundation tomorrow Thursday March 31st at 12:30pm. Must describe the collar to reclaim the dog.
