I have an Indian ringneck I need to rehome. My dogs have made it very difficult to let out of his cage and play and be a bird it’s not fair to him to keep him in his cage im asking for a $850 rehoming fee he will Come with his cage toys and food. Please note he is not a normal bird so please do you research before contacting me.
