Aspen Valley Ranch HOA seeks a motivated seasonal landscaper to perform ground maintenance tasks on property. The position will be held from April 15th – October 15th, 2022. Work schedule is 7am – 3:30pm Monday thru Friday with a chance for overtime if desired. Tasks to be Performed on Private Residences and Common Areas • Weekly mowing operations • Garden planting and maintenance • Wildlife fence installation and removal • Small irrigation repairs • Tree fertilization and pest control • Patio cleaning • Spring and fall cleanup • Agricultural irrigation setup • Equipment maintenance • Horse chores as needed Starting pay is $20-$25/hour depending on experience.
