Photographer/Artist studio-share looking for one more!

Hi there! We have an opening in our studio-share that we are looking to fill. We typically have photographers here, but we are open to other mediums. The studio is a great mid-sized studio that's 670 sq. ft., has hardwood floors with 3 east facing windows, and is a fun creative space in a fun creative building: the Q.arma Building in NE Mpls. Rent is $250 per month, with a deposit of $250 as well. It is month-to-month with a 60-day notice so I have plenty of time to find a new renter if needed. Typically people stay for years so that doesn’t happen that often! There is 24-hour access with a google calendar that we use to schedule studio time for. There is a hallway/gallery located next to the studio that also can be used as another shooting area or it can be used to have an exhibit. I have included some photos of that space along with the round sink area, which is also another area that can be photographed in. I am the primary renter and my name is Jayme, hi! I'm here mainly during the days during the week when I’m not shooting on location, and my schedule varies quite a bit, and we can talk about all of that. Let me know if you have any questions, the person leaving is paying through April but you can come in any time before that, otherwise May 1st is what we are looking to fill. Thanks! Jayme
