The Parts Specialist is responsible for ordering, replenishing, and managing parts for the plumbing and water filtration sides of the business as well as helping around the warehouse as needed. This is a full-time, hourly position based in our warehouse in Tempe, AZ. The occasional weekend and some overtime may be required. Who We’re Looking For: Our Parts Specialists help keep the backend of the plumbing and water filtration departments running! We’re looking for an organized, very reliable, and easily trainable person to add to the warehouse team. Parts experience not required, but basic knowledge of plumbing parts is extremely helpful. What We Offer: - Competitive pay starting at $17.50 per hour - Paid training & dedicated, on-going training & support - Paid Time Off + 6 paid Holidays/ year + get paid to take your birthday off! - 401k w/ Company match - Generous benefits package for full time associates including Medical, Dental, Vision, Company-Paid & Voluntary Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, plus more! - We also offer an Employee Assistance Program covering an array of services available to you 24/7, Legal Services Plan, Identity Theft Protection Plan, and more - Business casual atmosphere- we wear jeans around the building Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Order parts for plumbing and water filtration - Pull replenishment for all plumbing and water filtration trucks - Process replenishments - Receive orders and put into stock - Enter plumbing and water filtration receivers - Help pull parts as needed for technicians - Process parts pulled - Keep plumbing and water filtration warehouse areas clean and tidy - Assist with warranty as needed, such as clearing out coils and other parts - Help with receivers, green sheets, & parts cases data entry as needed Basic Qualifications/Requirements: - Fork-Lift Certified, preferred - Inventory, data entry, and computer skills are required - Great communication skills, both verbal and written - Self-motivated and hard working - Highly organized and good multi-tasker - Dependable and reliable - Must be able to lift 10-50 lbs regularly, 100 lbs occasionally - Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions, in and outside of a warehouse - High School Diploma or equivalent - Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen *Collins Comfort Masters is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace*
