* Full Benefits * Competitive Pay * Great location * The Financial Data Analyst I develops deliverables using SQL, SSIS, Excel, and other tools and works closely with the Financial & Business Intelligence Analyst to analyze report requirements and begin development work. This position is involved in the full report development life cycle, including design, code testing, implementation, maintenance and support and may also participate in data architecture design, code refactoring and optimization, ETL setup (SSIS). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Experience in data science, business analytics, finance, business intelligence (BI) or a comparable consumer analyst position handling large, complex data sets; Experience with developing, executing, and maintaining KPIs and metrics reporting; Experience with SQL / TSQL including SQL Server Agent Jobs, complex stored procedures, functions, triggers and views; Proficiency and expertise in Excel (pivot tables, charts, advanced formulas, data imports, etc.); Ability to follow direction but function independently; Ability to optimize large complicated SQL statements and stored procedures; Knowledge of best practices when dealing with relational databases; Ability to learn business rules and processes and apply to report design; Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; and Inquisitive mindset, with proven problem solving ability and a passion for big data. Experience with API Integration; Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and VB script; Experience with developing Visual Studio.
