* Full Benefits * Competitive Pay * Great location * The Plant Manager directs the production of concrete and of structural and architectural precast concrete products, leads production and quality control teams, develops productions schedules and oversees the design, implementation and analysis of concrete mix designs. This position also works with management to develop and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures and ensure product quality and consistency. College degree in a discipline that supports manufacturing or equivalent experience; At least four years’ experience; Previous experience with and strong working knowledge of concrete batching process; Experience working in an architectural or structural pre-cast concrete production facility; Proficiency with reading pre-cast production drawings; Knowledge of NPCA standards for pre-cast concrete; Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite; Excellent management and leadership skills; Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; and Must demonstrate excellent time management skills. ACI I certification; PCI I, II and III certifications; Valid Class C driver’s license; and Record of safe driving for the last three years as shown on current MVR, with no serious accidents or traffic violations. *Texas Disposal Systems is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
