I am looking to hire a part time preschool teacher. I am looking for someone who is hard working, caring, reliable and ready to learn and have fun. This position is perfect for someone who feels unvalued at a large center or nanny at someone's personal home! The part time position is 2-3days a week, flexible days...(Monday-Friday only) I prefer someone who has experience working with children ages 1-6 years, however I will train the right person! You must be good at multitasking, ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal direction and ability to stay calm during stressful situations. You will be responsible for teaching lessons, preparing and serving snacks, supervise play times, assist with potty time and change diapers, cleaning of classroom, bathroom and kitchen area. MUST BE RELIABLE AND DEPENDABLE! MUST have your own vehicle for transportation unless you live within 3 miles. Requirements: Be able to pass a WA state background check Be able to obtain or have a Food handlers permit Be able to obtain or have 20 hour basic stars training Be able to obtain or have a CPR infant and child first aid certificate Be able to obtain or have a current TB test. Be able to speak and write in English $20-22 per hour to start Any special skills of dance, singing, arts and crafts or if you play an instrument are all big bonuses.
