Sod removal and grading - small backyard

I have a smallish backyard (1,350 sq. ft.) from which I'd like 1. the sod removed (nice grass you can do what you want with). 2. the remaining yard graded and prepped to lay a patio There is existing aggregate on site that can be moved to grade the yard. The area is already level, just needs a final grading. You'll likely need a sod cutter & mini skid steer to do the job properly.
