Bowman Pointe Apartments, a luxury apartment community, located in West Little Rock, AR is currently seeking a full time skilled Make Ready Technician. Ideal candidates will have some general knowledge in a variety of skilled trades including construction/installation, repair, and maintenance, drywall, basic carpentry, and make-ready. Candidate must be able to take call rotation. We are an equal opportunity employer. They are responsible for monitoring and performing make ready duties on vacant units as well as carrying all maintenance of the property. This includes and is not limited to all service requests, pool care, grounds care, preventative maintenance and any other duties to help maintain the property as designated by supervisor. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year related work experience preferred. Basic understanding and competency in, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems. Knowledge of use of general maintenance equipment including but not limited to: hand tools, ladders, refrigerant recovery units, landscaping equipment and required safety equipment; all equipment must be used without jeopardizing the safety of yourself, fellow associates or residents. Must be team oriented with ability to work independently on occasion. HVAC or EPA certification preferred. Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred.
