7 week old lab mix puppy in need of forever home

I am rehoming a 7 week old lab mix puppy that will probably grow to be a medium sized dog. The reason why I am having to rehome him is because we are moving out of state and I just won’t be able to take him with me when I move due to the fact that I have other dogs and the new place doesn’t allow more than two pets. I would love for him to go to a home that will have the time for him and give him the attention that he requires as he is a puppy and needs lots of work. There is a small rehoming fee to ensure he goes to a good home.
