Need handyman connection with minor carpentry exp

Someone local to the TC’s, with truck and tools including saw to rip 4x8’ sheets of soffitboard, able to react quickly and be easily reached by phone or text in case a house has to be boarded up. If you have the tools and expertise to do that, I have ongoing short jobs including a concrete form for a walkway and cement levelling, and occasional dump runs. All of the jobs that I have are short-ish and infrequent, but I pay well for them. My preference would be for someone who has been doing DIY for years as a side gig, and intends to continue-- and the reason I say this is because everyone on my list of four helpers that I generated less than a year ago are no longer responding to the contact number or email that they gave me. I pay per job with a guaranteed minimum if it's easier or shorter than anticipated, and I also adjust they pay upward if the job turns out to be more difficult or longer than expected.
