We are looking for cleaners to carry out move in/out apartment cleaning duties. The goal is to re- clean apartment units from tenants who moved out in order for new ones to move in. Hiring Urgently! Benifits working with us: SIGN ON BONUS $500 after 90 days, Quarterly gas cards, Holidays and weekends off! Responsibilities Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling fans, restroom cleaning etc) Cleans only 4/6 apartments per week Weekly Apartment cleaning up to 24 hours a week Equipment provided Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Document inventory Checklist provided of what needs to be cleaned Training videos and on site training provided Work at own pace Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Work alone or with teammate Proven working experience as a janitor Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently High school degree Vehicle preferred
