Bass player able to travel

Description

Bass player. Sorry this is lengthy, just trying to put out info that typically answers the first few questions asked, I hope it helps you out. A bit about my music life so far: I’ve played lead guitar in some local bands and once in a traveling band doing casinos and bars. Rock, blues, and country have been my usual genres but I listen to and love everything. I know theory fairly well. I’ve had a bass for a few years that I got for fun and would write bass lines for loop tracks to practice over, etc. Took a couple lessons to get the technique stuff down. Really wanting to dive all into the bass especially as it seems there’s a demand for bassists able to travel and know some theory. I’m good with the hang, don’t drink or drug, maybe a little weed sometimes. Fit male 30s, with a small but survivable automated income ready to do music full time. No kids or wife, willing to move and/or hit the road with ya’ll. Currently in Oklahoma City. I really open up after a couple gigs and get moving and having fun on stage. Trained singer… I’m alright, low range, decent falsetto. Not wanting to take on much for vocals, it takes a long time on the metronome for me to sync vox with guitar. Eager to take on my first bassist job, you’ll see rapid improvement in skills, I got several hours a day to practice. Give me a shot if you can, send me an audition assignment, I can send a vid of it, come jam a few times, or whatever you want to help you make your decision. I’m good with rejection, I don’t get butt-hurt, and heck, give me some feedback on what you see needs to improve for the next tryout I do. Thanks! I hope to hear from you soon.
