We are currently looking for a part-time warehouse assistant/back up driver to join our team. Most of the shift will be spent in our warehouse pulling product, offloading and organizing delivery of merchandise and some product pricing. Occasionally will function as delivery driver in a back up capacity to help load and unload company vehicles, traveling between our Minneapolis-based warehouse and our store locations to make deliveries. Candidates must have 18-25 hours of weekday availability and a clean driving record. No extra driving license is required. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Loading/unloading shipments -Packing/unpacking shipments -Pricing merchandise -Maintaining well-organized warehouse -Assisting stores with transfer and backstock organization REQUIREMENTS: -MUST HAVE AFTERNOON AVAILABILITY; can work until 5 or 6 pm -Reliable; able to communicate effectively -Previous receiving experience preferred -Able to lift up to 40 lbs. -Able to walk/stand for majority of shift -Valid driver's license and clean driving record -Repetitively bend/lift/reach/twist, go up/down stairs with merchandise, and lift/move up to 40 pounds. Willingness and ability to work with warehouse equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, pallets, and packing tools.
