Please respond with Resume and Compensation Request WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION PROJECT MANAGER Our company is offering a fast paced, high growth potential position. This is a full time position and will require on-call availability. Responsibilities *Fast response to emergency water/fire damage claims and other restoration-related activities within the company. *Set up and operate equipment such as moisture detectors and water removers. *Demolition as needed *Perform all required cleaning, mitigation, restoration techniques and processes *Maintain daily reports, moisture mapping, photographs, and daily job documentation *Direct activities of workers assigned to the work outlined in the scope of work *Be available for participation in the On-Call schedule for emergency after hours events *Completing work within Company Standards *Assist workers where challenging requirements are indicated. *Maintain vehicle, equipment, and tools in good repair and operational at all times. Job Management: *Actively participate in the cash flow system and participate in the collections process. *Supervise each restoration job from start to finish within standards. *Ensure that quality training has been provided to workers under direct supervision. *Control job costs within Company profit margin standards. *Comply with health and safety policies and procedures established by Company. *Maintain a safe and clean job site at all times and debris is removed on a daily basis. *Review each job file prior to billing for accuracy. *Inspect vehicles and equipment periodically so that everything is properly detailed and maintained.
