I have a log cabin that needs to be: * Either sanded or media blasted * Stained. All exterior wood surfaces would be involved in this. Where there's wood, I'd need action on it. I do not want to use power washing because I want to avoid driving moisture into the logs, and damage associated with power-washing. I wouldn't pay this kind of money for power washing. I want dry finishing. It's a big job, you'd need couple of guys, and you'd probably need 6" abrasive cup brushes, orbital sanders, or a high CFM media blaster to do it effectively. I have my own nice HVLP that can cover in stain very quickly. I will pay for stain, and incidentals. I need labor. Serious inquiries only, price is set in stone. Pay is only given at the end of project, subject to inspection. There will be no upfront cash, though I would consider a deposit with known and local companies, subject to agreed upon paperwork, and I would want the project completed as quickly as possible.
