RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION Site Supervisor needed. Will report to Project Managers. Make rounds to multiple sites daily to maintain them, solve issues, keep communication flowing, close up/secure sites at the close of the day. Carpentry or other field experience is preferred. Your hands will get dirty. We need someone that can assess priorities, work independently, meet tight deadlines, follow up on work, and appreciate confidentiality. We need someone that can hustle and apply a sense of urgency when needed. We are a small company but manage a large volume of high-quality work, so you need to match our pace of work. 40-hour workweek year-round. Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license, no agencies.
