We are located in Seattle with multiple businesses in the International District. We need very basic plumbing repairs including a drain pan under the sink at a local restaurant. We need a few leaking pipes secured and an evaluation for another larger job. This could also lead to additional work if you are interested. Looking for someone hungry to work, get the job done, and go the extra mile to accommodate what we need. Compensation would be under the table and paid in cash. You will have an assistant team of builders/laborers available for help. Some tools will be available, however, we are looking for someone with their own tools. All materials will be included and delivered directly to the job site for the fixes and repairs. This is a clean job location with a newly cleaned-out basement. It has easy access to all pipes. Home Depot is a mile away where staff can run and grab any parts as needed. A wet vac is on site. Our staff will handle all cleanup work. We have a few saws available as well. Extra work: Plumb in a toilet to a mainline. Plumb in a toilet and a hand sink with no hot water on a simple shark bite system.
