Looking for a weekly maid, live in maid and dog sitting in home. Will take either a weekly maid who doesn’t mind staying here when I leave town. My partner will still be here but he’s far to busy for pet care. A room will be provided with a bed, private bath and basics. Or a live in maid as detailed below. NOTE weekly maid would have the same responsibilities on the weekly/monthly work Hi! We are looking to exchange room rent for house cleaning. I know prices are crazy expensive and hard to get right now so let’s help each other Here’s what you get A large bedroom (approx 20x20) with lots of hidden storage Your own full bath with the only entrance being in your room (TOTAL privacy) It’s a nice house, with a pool, on a quiet street and good amount of land. close to lots of amenities Close to ucf (ideal for a staff member. No students please) Peace of mind. We have security cameras in all common spaces for everyone’s safety. We are private people. We have no interest in being in your business A quiet environment. I am home 24/7 except when traveling but I mind my own business and don’t require any social interaction unless mutually preferred. We wouldn’t feel awkward if you’re the kind of person that likes to come home and go straight to your space to do whatever it is you do. Pool is free use. Just be respectful of noise if night swimming Utility’s included. We need your cleaning services not money. 45 min - 1hr from attractions (Disney/uni) Responsibilities run roomba/sweep/ mop as needed. Biggest thing here is dog fur Pet sitting when I leave town. My partner is too busy for their care so you must love animals. Well trained older dogs. They need let out often but only need monitored while out. Fed 1x a day. You can choose how much you interact beyond that Tidy the kitchen daily. We will straighten it up if we use it (trash in the trash and dishes in the sink) but counters and dishes would be you. Appliance cleaning monthly or as needed. Bathroom cleaning/ weekly freshening. Everyone here is an adult so no teen boy mess levels. Laundry. No need to fold but wash, dry and separate. If you aren’t comfortable washing certain pieces (undergarments for example) just let me know and we can work something out Room cleaning. Just tidy and straighten. organizing as needed. I occasionally have projects (like organizing new collectibles) but it’s nothing hard or heavy. Spray weed killer on the pavers Help maintain water softener system (the salts too heavy for me) Pretty fair exchange for a room we could easily get $700 for no? House rules No cigarette smokers. I have complex intractable migraines and that’s a major trigger. Must have own transportation. I am a night owl so I’m up late and usually sleep part of the day. I work from home so I’m here most the time. My partner works 7-7 and pretty much only awake here on weekends. We aren’t invasive. We don’t ask many questions so this would be a good opportunity to get away from a nosey roommate.
