We are looking for career-focused Ready Mix Batchmen with a thorough understanding of the ready-mix concrete business who are able to control the process to produce concrete from raw materials and additivies according to predetermined specifications using computer batching software. Successful candidates must have extensive product, customer, and equipment knowledge, excellent communication and organizational skills, and able to handle details in a high-paced environment.
