Hello, I’m looking to rent a garage, preferably with alley access. I am hoping to use the space for relevant storage/as a staging area for my business and to work on my vehicles. I am not looking to add a huge expense, though I’d be happy to play a small monthly fee in addition to some form of work exchange to improve on your property.
