Description
1) Must have your own cell phone and your own vehicle. A big plus if you have your own truck.
2) Work you would be involved with is light labor and not difficult relative to some construction trades.
3) Majority of work involves cleaning surfaces (floors or flat roofs) and applying finishes or coatings to those surfaces.
4) No prior experience is required, no physical disabilities, requires ability to understand & implement simple instructions.
5) Must have a pair of knee pads and occasionally be able to work on your knees without difficulty.
6) Jobs typically last 1 day to 3 days and usually there is not more than 1 job per week but could be more.
7) This is a Gig but could develop into a permanent job.
8) Hourly pay will increase based on performance and task familiarity & efficiency.
9) Short hour days may be paid at a higher rate. A fuel allowance may be available for green valley jobs.
10) If the function of your truck is used during a job you will be paid extra for that.
11) If you have other work, some flexibility can be offered to accommodate your schedule; but nearly always this job requires you working consecutive days until the job is complete (1 to 3 days).
