As a customer service associate your duty's will be greeting the customer
Identifying the customers order and bringing it from the warehouse to the costumer
within in this process you will maintain a good relationship with the customer and make sure there order is brought to them and accurate.
this job requires you to be physical walking back and fourth from the warehouse to the costumer pick up location.
Must be able to lift 50lbs multiple times a day.
you will have carts and flat beds available for transportation of merchandise or will coordinate with a forklift driver to bring out a pallet if its not single items.
this job includes a 50 cent increase every 6 months and caps out at $19hr.
conversion is done once worked 520hrs and proven work ethic and attendance including attitude.
Conversion to the company comes with full benefits paid time off vacation and may result in a sooner increase depending on how you did within the 520hrs worked.
