ATTN - SEATTLE Oceanic Entertainment is currently looking for an Event Coordinator to join our team immediately. We are an event management company who focus solely on organizing boat parties. Oceanic Entertainment is a rapidly growing company across North America. In Seattle we organize and host around 10 - 20 boat parties annually. Our events are normally 5 - 6 hours long. Typical hours would be 6PM – 11PM and sometimes we will have back to back events so it would be an earlier start time. Some of our events include Halloween Boat Party, St Pats, Labor Day Weekend, 4th of July, and much more. You can find more info about our events at or check out our Instagram page at Job Description • Your primary responsibility is to help check guests in as they arrive at the event, hence punctuality is of utmost importance. • Once the guests are checked in your responsibility is to ensure everything is going smoothly and have fun. • You will also communicate, help and build relationship with Djs and the rest of the team. • You will need to print lists of guests attending the event - Set up VIP tables • You will have to constantly communicate the situation of the event effectively to me i.e inform when DJs have arrived, set up is done and etc. • Additional tasks may be assigned Qualification • Must own a vehicle and be able to drive • You will need to communicate with the team via Whatsapp or Facebook effectively • Leadership skill is an asset • Time management • Would be nice if you have a printer at home Pay $22/hr - paid weekly. You will be paid for 5 hours for each event.
