Waverly Marina is seeking a Harbormaster Idyllic location on the Willamette River just south of the Sellwood Bridge The role of the Harbormaster is to manage the 154 slip marina and act as a liaison between slip owners, tenants, bookkeeper, and the Board of Directors while maintaining the security, safety, and enjoyment of members, tenants and guests. Potential candidates for the permanent position should possess the following skills Organized Self-motivated Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform a variety of marine related tasks Hours are centered around weekends May–October: Thursday-Monday 10AM-6PM (40 hours) including holidays November-April: Thursday-Sunday 10AM-5PM (28 hours) 40 hours of PTO first year Starting wage is $25/hr with opportunity for wage advancement after 90 days Email with contact information and resume
