SANTA MONICA, CA — A 27-year-old Indiana man was arrested on suspicion of an armed robbery at a Santa Monica bank on Tuesday, authorities said. Aaron Koehler-Marsh of Dayton, Indiana, reportedly walked inside the bank with a shotgun at about 9:20 a.m. Tuesday at the Wells Fargo Bank, 170 Pier Avenue, near Main Street, according to Santa Monica police. The suspect was attempting to drive a vehicle out of the bank parking lot when he was stopped by officers, police said. "Officers were able to conduct a high-risk traffic stop at the intersection of Neilson Way and Bicknell," police said. He was taken into custody without incident, police said. Officers recovered the shotgun from the vehicle. Patch reached out to Santa Monica police for additional information.
