Hello, Our company is expanding in Newark, NJ and we're looking for a cleaner to clean 30 short term rental apartments. We have 10 apartments at the moment but we will get up to 30 by June. The apartments will be rented short term via VRBO, AIRBNB...ETC therefore we're looking for a cleaning company to clean after every check-out. Responsibilities: 1 - Must have experience in cleaning apartments for short term rental. 2 - Must have a transportation method. 3 - Must be willing to go to a storage nearby to pickup supplies and linen if needed. 4 - Must have a team of cleaners or partners. One cleaner wouldn't be able to handle this job. 5 - Must be willing to work on the weekends. 6 - Must be good at communication. We use an app called slack to communicate. 7 - Must be willing to perform additional tasks for additional payments 8 - Must be on top of inventory and inform when supplies are low. We use monday.com for inventory. 9 - You will get paid extra to perform inventory once every week or two. 10 - If you're willing to do laundry 'at your own place of facility' then we can pay extra for that. We don't want laundry to be done at the apartments. 11 - Must be willing to work on sundays Other Job Responsibilities: 1 - Login to our website to check cleaning schedule. 2 - Mark cleanings as complete. 3 - Perform stocking tasks and some other tasks 'will get paid extra per task' 4 - Apartment must be clean after every checkout and prior to 5:00 PM. 5 - Our checkout time is 11:00 AM and check-in time is 5:00 PM. Payments: 1 - We pay twice a month. 2 - We pay a flat fee per cleaning. 3 - We pay more for deep cleanings. 4 - We pay extra for cleanings on holidays. 5 - We pay additional for laundry. 6 - There are checkouts on daily basis therefore you will get an incredible amount of business from us. Please understand this is not a one cleaner job. We're looking for someone who's reliable and is a part of a team. If you provide laundry services then we can work something out for laundry.
