Rehoming Female Cat

Kwinn will be 4 years old in August. She has never been around anyone but me, including other animals :( I am moving with my sick, elderly mom and cannot take her. She has NEVER been outside other than the upstairs patio at my current apartment. She is spayed. She will bring her toys, litter box, food & a very nice (new) expandable carrier. I'm asking a rehoming fee of $50. It's very important to me that she goes to a caring and loving home.
