Looking for Landscape/Laborer/Maintenance positions. Please apply if you can meet the criteria for either of these positions: 1) Landscaping: ● Follows written and verbal instructions from the crew leader and clients. ● Plants new flowers, trees, grass, hedges, and bushes. ● Maintains gardens and lawns, including mowing, trimming, pruning, raking, and weeding. ● Waters plants and lawns and adds fertilizer as needed. ● Installs outdoor lighting and sprinkler systems. ● Build and renovates stone pathways, patios, and ledges. ● Loads and unloads equipment and tools into work vehicles. ● Drives work vehicles to and from sites. ● Adheres to all safety precautions. ● Mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns ● Weeding and mulching landscape beds ● Trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs ● Removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees ● Planting shrubs, flowers and trees ● Watering gardens, lawns and landscapes ● Monitoring and maintaining plant health 2) Maintenance/Labor: ● Ability to Inspect Building and Grounds for Possible Maintenance Issues ● Handles necessary repairs and maintenance. ● Some Carpentry Skills Required ● Ability to Diagnose On Property Issue and Suggest or Implement a Solution ● Complies with all company safety regulations. ● Keep a maintenance log ● Report any issues to the maintenance manager or clients. ● Loads and unloads equipment and tools into work vehicles if needed. ● Follows written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager or clients. ● Collaborates with the maintenance team and contractors as needed. ● Reads and follows manuals, blueprints, and other written instructions. ● Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.
