Qualifications •High School Diploma and Valid drivers license is required •Basic knowledge of building and landscaping •Strong verbal and communication skills •Ability to organize time and projects •Ability to work independently and with little supervision •Background check required Responsibilities •Move around heavy objects •Pay close attention to weather in conjunction with covering /uncovering outdoor furniture •Perform house checks and irrigation checks •Conduct light checks •Responsible for grounds maintenance including snow removal, light mowing, planting flower beds and pruning •Execute basic carpentry including sheetrock repairs (patches) when needed •Painting •Cleaning Shop •Trash removal •Restroom maintenance, stocking & cleaning •May perform basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting •Respond to homeowner inquiries and requests as needed
