Park Cities Pet Sitter is looking for a Client Services Manager to join our team in our east Dallas office. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing client and staff relations and schedules. Do you like being in charge? Are you excellent with details and an expert in multitasking? The Ideal Candidate: • Has prior administrative experience working in an office supporting clients and staff. • Has previous experience scheduling (preferred, but not required). • Ready to take on daily challenges with a positive attitude. • Has outstanding communication skills and enjoys talking with people. • Has a strong ability to organize, prioritize, and juggle multiple responsibilities. • Is a critical thinker and can solve problems as they arise and anticipate problems before they happen. • Is willing to jump in wherever needed, a team player who knows when to ask for help. • Is dependable, professional, has a warm service-oriented demeanor, and commitment to excellence. • Is an animal lover (we have dogs and cats in our office 😊). What You Will Be Doing: • Client Relations – Serving as the first person our clients encounter by handling a high volume of emails, online scheduling requests, and phone calls. • Scheduling – Scheduling appointments for clients while keeping team members territories, scheduling needs, and efficient routing in mind. • Support - providing general administrative support for team members. Special projects as needed. Requirements: • Must live within our service area to offer last minute support to staff. • Must have PC or laptop at home with high-speed internet. • Must be highly be highly knowledgeable about using web-based technology. • Must have geographic knowledge of the City of Dallas for efficient routing. • This position requires working in the office during business hours. Also, some nights & weekends with incentive pay.
