Need bilingual help at our resturant

Hi I am looking for a special person with bilingual ability of primary Spanish with decent English. The individual should have the ability to communicate with two cooks (one that only understands English and one only Spanish) the orders as written on the tickets and then help track orders to assist them getting completed in a timely fashion and filled correctly. This gig is in Canton, TX at the First Monday Trades Day flea-market. It will only be the last weekend each month and will be Friday/Saturday/Sunday. The first one being this coming weekend. We may be able to provide transportation if needed to the right person. Also if you have cooking experience in a restaurant that is a real plus, but not necessary.
