Description

Remodeling/construction/general laborer is responsible for assisting with the completion of various projects, including interior and exterior remodeling, window and door installations, and other projects as assigned. A successful candidate is skilled in the safe and effective use of power and hand tools, is knowledgeable of a variety of materials and the proper means and methods of the construction industry, and is continuously learning and improving in the craft. Candidate should also be proactive, understand the overall objective of projects, and deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.    Responsibilities Experienced in using power tools and hand tools Basic mathematical knowledge, such as reading a tape measure Capable of climbing on and using ladders safely Select tools, equipment, or materials from storage and transport items to work site Sense of urgency to complete assignments within a specified time Restoration experience and ability to read blueprints a plus In Addition Have a valid driver license and reliable transportation Be able to pass a drug test  Be able to work 40 hours/wk Required Education  Basic math skills Physical Demands: Must be in good physical health and able to regularly lift and carry 50+ pounds.
