He's about 7 years old. Happy. Healthy. Owner works too much (70+ hours a week), lives alone, and realized that he can't provide all the cuddle time that Buddy requires to thrive. He loves other dogs and cats. I am currently fostering him, and he asks to go out when he needs to. At his owners home he used pee pads, but made a mistake once in awhile. We live on a few acres, and let Buddy out to do his business without a leash. He's more concerned with where we are than exploring or running off.
