We are looking for competent Roofing & Exterior Contractors to work on a variety of large and small construction projects at single family and multifamily properties. Experience working on relevant projects and using tools and equipment is essential. You must have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands. Collaboration and following instructions and safety rules are important. Responsibilities: Work with other team members to perform a wide range of tasks on multiple construction projects. Main responsibility will be the removal and installation of Asphalt Shingles. Some flat roof work. Removal, repair and installation of siding. Window and Door Installation. Interior and Exterior Painting. Extra: Apartment Turnovers Demolition and Cleanouts Rough framing Basic Drywall Work Flooring Cabinets and Finish Carpentry Drywall Install and Finish Tile and Stone Install Concrete HVAC, Electric & Plumbing Class A CDL License Skills Required: Great attitude and passion for construction Proven experience as a construction worker Experience in safely operating standard hand tools and construction tools such as miter saws, table saw and pneumatic tools Knowledge of basic construction principles and methods Able to work in a team Able to read instructions and blueprints when needed Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination High school diploma or equivalent Benefits: We invest in the right tools and equipment and provide excellent support.
