Multiple paving positions available to join our crew. Foreman position open to experienced person to run our paving crew. Paving laborers, rakers with some experience paving need. Paver operator and Screedman needed also. Projects are commercial and residential paving typically in and around Canyon and Ada counties. Must be a team player with the ability to follow directions. Prior paving experience is required. Position Requirements - General laborer duties associated with asphalt paving, patching or prep crews. - Required ability to shovel, rake and handle other small tools. - Equipment cleanup as needed. - May be called upon to run small power tools. - Signal operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment and movement of materials. - Assist in the placement, moving and dismantling of signs, barricades, cones and other traffic control devices. - Perform other duties as assigned Positions available: -Asphalt laborers 1+ years paving experience required -Asphalt rakers 1+ years raking experience required -roller operators 1+ years equipment experience required -paver operator 5+ years paver operator experience required -screed operators 5+ years screed experience required Felon friendly position Pre-employment drug tests required We pay competitive wages based on prior paving experience.
